וַיְהִ֞י כְּכַלֹּת֣וֹ ׀ לַעֲשׂ֣וֹת הָעֹלָ֗ה וַיֹּ֣אמֶר יֵ֠הוּא לָרָצִ֨ים וְלַשָּׁלִשִׁ֜ים בֹּ֤אוּ הַכּוּם֙ אִ֣ישׁ אַל־יֵצֵ֔א וַיַּכּ֖וּם לְפִי־חָ֑רֶב וַיַּשְׁלִ֗כוּ הָֽרָצִים֙ וְהַשָּׁ֣לִשִׁ֔ים וַיֵּלְכ֖וּ עַד־עִ֥יר בֵּית־הַבָּֽעַל׃
E avvenne, non appena ebbe finito di offrire l'olocausto, che Jehu disse alla guardia e ai capitani: 'Entra e uccidili; che nessuno ne venga fuori.'E li colpirono con il bordo della spada; e la guardia e i capitani li scacciarono e andarono nella città della casa di Baal.
Rashi on II Kings
Threw them out. [Targum Yonoson] (renders), “וְרָמוּ רָהֲטַיָּא וְגַבְרַיָּא קְטִילִין [=and the couriers and the mighty warriors cast cadavers],” they cast down the cadavers of the Baal worshipers.
